Strength without the Bulk

Contrary to popular belief, women can do strength training and lift weights to tone muscle and build strength but will not get the bulky mirror muscles (bulging biceps, triceps, pecs) the same as men! It’s just not in our DNA!

There is tons of research on the subject, but the short of it is we don’t have the testosterone hormone needed to bulk up. Genetics and age also play a part in how big our muscles can get.

So grab some weights or resistance bands and start building toned muscle that has flexibility and endurance to help you with every day tasks!
