You Do!!! Put it on your ‘To-Do-list’

Sometimes there’s just not enough hours in a day to do everything you wanted to. But most days, everything that was on your To-Do list got done. Schedule your workouts just like any other appointment. I usually pencil myself in for in the morning before getting onto anything else. Otherwise, things keep coming up and the workout gets pushed back until its evening and I’d rather be winding down or visiting with friends. Find a block of 30 minutes or three-ten minute times and put it on the calendar. Every other day is fine and a great start, but you’re going to love the way you feel after a good workout and will want to schedule time every day!
