But most days, everything that was on your To-Do list got done. Schedule your workouts just like any other appointment. I usually pencil myself in for in the morning before getting onto anything else. Otherwise, things keep coming up and the workout gets pushed back until its evening and I&#8217;d rather be winding down or visiting with friends. Find a block of 30 minutes or three-ten minute times and put it on the calendar.
