Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • ¾ cup coarsely chopped orange segments (2 medium oranges)
  • ½ cup chopped English cucumber
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped seeded jalapeño pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

Combine strawberries, orange segments, cucumber, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, orange juice, honey and salt in a medium bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
