A little daily stretching goes a long way in RV life. Spend a few minutes loosening up your hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and neck — the areas that get tight from sitting and driving. Stand up and move every hour.
Balance matters in RV life (hello steps, gravel, and tight spaces). Practice simple moves like standing on one foot or heel-to-toe walking. Just a minute a day can improve stability and help prevent falls.
No gym needed! Use simple bodyweight exercises that work in small spaces — squats or sit-to-stands, lunges (or step-backs), wall push-ups, and gentle planks. Mix a few together for a quick routine.
If your RV has stairs (inside or at the entry), use them! A few trips up and down is a quick way to get your heart rate up and strengthen your legs. Make it a fun little challenge—like “5 stair trips before coffee.”
Resistance bands are perfect for RV life — lightweight, easy to store, and super effective. Use them to add strength moves like bicep curls, tricep presses, rows, shoulder presses, and leg work.
Put on some music and move — dancing totally counts! Even a few minutes gets your heart rate up and helps shake off stiffness. Then do a little yoga or Pilates for flexibility, strength, and balance.
We'll show you how to use the available space in and around your RV (or any small space) and work with minimal equipment such as small dumbells and resistance bands that won't take up valuable storage space. We'll help you set fitness goals and make a fitness plan to reach those goals. Get a good fitting pair of shoes and let's go! It'll be the best 30 minutes of your day!!
