Walking around the campground

Don’t Sweat It!

Walking around the campground

Physical activity that doesn’t take much effort.

Hey there! Let’s chat about why squeezing in some physical activity every hour can be a game-changer for your day. Picture this: you’re at your workspace in your RV, or just watching tv, and suddenly you feel that mid-afternoon slump creeping in. Instead of reaching for another cup of coffee or mindlessly scrolling through social media, how about a quick stretch or a brisk walk around the campground? Trust me, your body will thank you for it!

Not only does hourly activity break up long periods of sitting, but it also boosts your energy levels, improves your mood, and keeps those muscles limber. Plus, it’s a fantastic way to sneak in some exercise without disrupting your schedule too much.

You don’t have to do heavy workouts to stay healthy. Move around, do something at least once every hour. The goal is to get around 250 steps/hour. Walk around the block. Walk around the entire campground. Twice. Walk to the campground office. I hear they have great coffee!!
